Refund policy

The Products purchased from rayqon are subject to return and replacement or exchange as per the Return & Refund Policy within the applicable return or replacement period as following.

In case of you receiving products from rayqon, in a condition that is physically damaged or different from their description on the product detail, a return and refund shall be processed based on your fulfilment of following conditions.

Damaged Product

  1. In case of you receiving a physically damaged shipment, you are required to intimate us on rayqon@ _____  within 48 hours of receiving such product. The following details must be provided as part of intimation:
    1. A valid invoice number for the purchase
    2. Reasonable evidence to establish that the product is damaged while in transit or delivery process which must include:
      1. Clear Images and Videos of the damaged products including the mono carton and outer packaging.
      2. A video showcasing the unboxing of the package from the point of noticing a damage.
    3. The damaged product/package is made available for return in its original condition, to Rayqon, without any usage, alteration or additional damage to the packaging or the content.

Wrong Product

  1. In case if you are receiving a product evidentially different from what had been confirmed by you while placing the order, you are required to intimate us on rayqon@_____  within 48 hours of receiving such product. The following details must be provided as part of intimation:
    1. A valid invoice number for the purchase
    2. Reasonable evidence to establish that the product is different from the one which is confirmed by you while placing the order and must include:
      1. Clear Images and Videos of the damaged products including the mono carton and outer packaging.
      2. A video showcasing the unboxing of the package.
    3. The product is made available for return in its original condition, to rayqon, without any usage, alteration or damage to the packaging or the content.

Return Approval

  1. Based on sufficiency of information provided, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in adherence to the regulations and policies. The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 48-72 hours after receipt of return at our storage location.

Exclusions to refund policy.

  1. Any request for replacement, exchange, return or refund of order due to any individual specific inconvenience on usage like allergy or skin reactions is excluded from the refund policy as the products are duly certified under Ayush protocols.
  2. Any request for replacement or exchange of product due to reasons including personal opinion and dislikes including but not limited to dislike of the fragrance; dislike of colour, opinions on consistency or texture, or any other personalised opinion about the product is excluded from the refund policy.
